Return & Refund Policy

At Roots and Remedies, we want you to love our nature-based products like hair oils and skincare. If something isn’t quite right, we're here to help you with our return and refund process.

1. Can I Return My Order?

  • Unfortunately, once a product has been shipped, we cannot accept returns unless the item is damaged or incorrect. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

2. Items That Can’t Be Returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns on:

  • Opened or used skincare and haircare products.

  • Clearance or sale items (unless they arrived damaged or defective).

3. How to Return a Product

If your product meets the conditions for return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@rootsandremedies.in

  3. Share your order details, contact information, and reason for the return.

  4. Pack the product securely in its original packaging.

  5. Send the package to the return address provided by our team. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your return:

  • We'll inspect the item to ensure it meets our return guidelines.

  • If approved, we’ll process your refund within 3 to 4 business days.

  • Your refund will be credited back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a little extra time for the funds to appear in your account.

5. What If My Product Is Damaged or Incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please let us know within 7 days. We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost to you.

6. Can I Exchange a Product?

We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, we recommend returning the original item (if eligible) and placing a new order.
